1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Billify, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
Billify is a free, client-side invoice generator that runs entirely in your browser. We do not store any of your data on our servers. All invoice data is stored locally on your device using your browser's localStorage.
3. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the invoices you create. Billify provides tools to generate invoices but does not verify the validity, legality, or accuracy of the information you enter. You should ensure your invoices comply with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
4. Data Storage & Privacy
All data is stored locally on your device. Billify does not transmit, collect, or store any personal or invoice data on external servers. Clearing your browser data will permanently delete all saved invoices.
5. Intellectual Property
The Billify name, logo, and all related designs and content are the intellectual property of Billify. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
6. Advertising
Billify may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks, including Google AdSense. These ads help support the ongoing development and maintenance of Billify as a free service. We do not control the content of third-party advertisements and are not responsible for the products or services advertised.
7. Limitation of Liability
Billify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to financial losses, data loss, or any errors in generated invoices or PDF documents.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
